Refund Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026. This policy applies to new projects. Orders placed under earlier agreements keep the terms agreed at the time.

100% refund before final files are delivered

A customer may request cancellation and a 100% refund of all amounts paid for the project at any time before final files are delivered.

This covers the advance and any later instalments, even if drafting or review has already started. We do not deduct production costs, cancellation fees or payment-gateway charges from your refund.

A review draft is not delivery of the final files.

After final files are delivered

This pre-delivery 100% refund offer ends once final files have been delivered. Applicable consumer rights and remedies for defects or failure to meet agreed specifications remain unaffected.

How to request a refund

Email bookghost.support@gmail.com with your Order ID or payment reference. We aim to reply within one business day.

Refund timing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. When the credit appears depends on the payment provider, your payment method and your bank.

We do not guarantee Amazon approval, sales, rankings or bestseller status.
