Aarush Sharma — Founder & AI Workflow Lead
Aarush Sharma is the 14-year-old founder and creative lead behind BookGhost Publishing. He developed the business idea, website and AI-supported book-creation workflow, combining his interest in technology with a vision to help people turn their knowledge, experiences and stories into books. His work covers AI-assisted website development, manuscript drafting and editing, book-cover concepts, research, digital marketing and workflow management. He uses AI tools to support execution while providing the ideas, instructions, creative direction and review. For book projects, Aarush helps translate the customer’s brief into an outline and drafting instructions. He reviews the resulting manuscript, identifies areas that need improvement and directs revisions using customer feedback. The author’s experiences, perspective and approvals guide the creative process. His approach combines AI-generated drafting, AI-assisted editing and human-directed review. He focuses on improving structure, readability and consistency while keeping the customer involved in important decisions. Aarush’s AI learning includes an AI Specialist course associated with AppDaddy.AI and Umari.AI. His father, Sudhir Sharma, registered the course, and the completion certificate was issued in Sudhir’s name. It is not a certificate issued to Aarush. Aarush leads the creative and AI-supported workflow under parental supervision. His father, Sudhir Sharma, serves as the adult business representative and Razorpay merchant responsible for customer agreements, payments, billing and refunds. Sudhir Sharma is the adult business representative and Razorpay merchant for BookGhost Publishing. He is responsible for customer agreements, payments, billing and refunds, while providing business guidance and parental supervision to Aarush Sharma. His professional background spans financial-product sales, FMCG, sanitaryware and real estate, with experience in customer communication, sales coordination and business development. In 2011, he worked in HDFC Bank’s Credit Card Division for approximately one year, gaining experience in financial-product sales and customer interaction. He also worked as a TSI at Mohni Tea Leaves Pvt. Ltd. for approximately one year, developing experience in FMCG sales and market coordination. At CERA Sanitaryware Limited, he worked as a Sales Executive for approximately seven months, focusing on product sales and customer relations. He currently works in real estate advisory, client relationships and business development. These experiences inform his approach to understanding customer needs and communicating clearly. At BookGhost Publishing, Sudhir oversees the commercial and financial responsibilities of the service. Aarush leads the creative and AI-supported book-creation workflow, while Sudhir handles the customer agreements and financial obligations.
